Perks & Benefits • Weekly paychecks • Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options • Medical / Dental Insurance • Referral Bonus (Restrictions Apply) • Advancement Opportunities • Earn up to $18.00/hr Employment Type & Shifts • Full Time • Temp to Hire • 1st Shift • 2nd Shift • 3rd Shift Job Responsibilities With Staff Management | SMX, you will be helping our client perform the following duties: • Load bulk meat logs (up to 30 pounds) into meat slicer at required production frequency levels. • Perform random re-weight checks of sliced meat product. • Place pre-determined amount of sliced meat products into packaging. • Reject meat product that does not meet specifications. • Place completed boxes on pallet ensuring proper pallet configuration. • Place empty pallet into position for proper stocking. • Always maintain areas in a clean and sanitary manner. • Contribute to team effort by performing other duties as assigned and needed. • Other duties as assigned. Some job requirements are as follows: • Able to work in temperatures of 40 degrees or less. • Able to stand for 8-9 hours per day. • Able to stand, bend, stoop, squat as needed for responsibilities and other miscellaneous duties. • Have good hand eye coordination. • Possible mandatory overtime if necessary, including weekends. • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
