State Street Properties is looking for dependable, experienced landscapers who are knowledgeable about various aspects of the landscaping business. Pay range is $18.00-$24.00 per hour depending on skills, experience, and ability to drive. Benefits include paid vacation, paid holidays, and mileage reimbursement, and 401K. 40 hours per week. 7-3 Mon- Friday. Healthcare, vision, dental, and 401k eligible after 90 days. State Street Properties landscaping team members play a key role in how our properties are presented and therefore directly impact the happiness and satisfaction of our tenants and building owners. Responsibilities include: • Property clean up • Large item removal • Painting • Snow removal during snow season • Mowing • Trimming lawns, bushes, trees, and branches • Receiving and closing work assignments via app • Reporting services needed to supervisor/manager Preferred Skills o Equipment operation & repair (ex: bobcats, plow, trimmers, edgers, various mowers etc.) o Installations – retaining walls, trees & bushes, fences, rock, and more o Irrigation/Sprinkler – design, build, maintenance, installation, repair o Concrete & asphalt – replacement and patching o Grading o Aeration & fertilization o Flat work pouring for walkways, sidewalks, driveways, etc. Candidates must: • Have a minimum of 2 years landscaping experience • Have a valid driver’s license • Have reliable transportation • Be honest, hardworking, accountable, initiative takers • Be able to perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and lifting (up to 75lbs)
