State Street Properties is looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented commercial exterior upkeep technician. Pay range is $18.00-$21.00 per hour depending on skills, experience, and ability to drive. Benefits include paid vacation, paid holidays, and mileage reimbursement, and 401K. 40 hours per week. 7-3 Mon- Friday. Healthcare, vision, dental, and 401k after 90 days. This position will be responsible for the following: • Light trimming and pruning • Weeding • General upkeep of property exterior • Daily maintenance (ex: picking up debris around the premises, blowing out curb lines) • Relaying service needs and requests to supervisor and/or property manager Candidates must: • Have a driver’s license • Have reliable transportation • Be able to pass a background check • Be punctual • Be personable
