POSITION SUMMARY:
This role uses a mix of project management, customer support, sales support, office management and clear communication skills to support overall client needs. A superior attention to detail and being adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously are keys to success. We help our clients with architectural signs, vehicle graphics, point-of-purchase displays or building identification signs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for managing and tracking project time-lines
Interacting with sales
Elements of graphic design
Assisting production and installation team members
Maintains vendor contacts and orders materials as needed
Manages outbound shipping (FedEx/UPS/Local courier)
General front office management
REQUIREMENTS:
1-2 years experience doing Customer Service or Office Management
Knowledge of graphic design software preferred
Comfortable in Google Workspace G Suite software
LENGTH OF POSITION:
This is a temp-to-hire position.
