Rehoming two 1 year old kittens

This has been a very tough decision to make, but I am needing to rehome my two 10 month old kittens: one male and one female. Both cats are litterbox trained and both cats are fixed. They are the most lovable cats ever and I really wish I could keep them. Unfortunately, the person I'm living with is somewhat of a hoarder. There is just too much stuff laying around for the cats to get into. As hard as I've tried, I just can't keep the cats out of and off of the cupboards and countertops. They simply get into everything and I can't continue to allow this to happen, especially in someone else's home. I'm asking that the two cats stay together. I'm also asking for a $75 rehoming fee, hopefully to ensure people are serious about wanting cats and that they go to a good home. I will include all cat accessories including cat tree. The last person that wanted them backed out on me. Only serious inquiries only, as I'm going to be very deliberate about who I allow these cats to go to. Preferably a home with no other animals. No point in wasting each others time. Any questions don't hesitate to ask.
