Description

Apartment Community in High Point NC is searching for a full time HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician (Bilingual preferred but not required). Duties include but not limited to, work orders/service requests for repairs (plumbing, appliances, electrical, etc), on-call emergency service as required, assist in maintenance inventory and/or supplies, lifting heavy objects, assist in keeping the grounds and common areas clean. CPO Certification preferred but not required.
