We are looking for an dedicated and honest, maintenance technician who is willing to learn and a commitment to work hard every day. Ability to work independently or with other Maintenance Technicians on any and all tasks. To pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and driving record check. Responsibilities Include: Routine maintenance of rental units and assisting in refurbishing of make-ready homes, including painting, cleaning, light carpentry / plumbing / electrical work. Maintaining property grounds daily. Assist in coverage of the after-hours maintenance emergency line. Maintain and keep working areas clean and organized. If so, we need your help to deliver a great housing value to the residents of our 2 Area communities. We don't need fancy licenses and certifications, just honesty, desire to learn and a commitment to work hard every day. *Hiring Immediately* What You Need: -Commitment to learn, work hard and be honest. -Working knowledge of light carpentry, plumbing and/or electrical. 6+ months experience in any trade preferred. -Ability to work independently or with other Maintenance Technicians on any and all tasks. To be a good steward of the company’s equipment, tools, supplies, etc. Demonstrate to our residents that we care deeply about presenting the best community possible.
