Harmony Design Group is a premier Landscape Architecture firm looking to grow our team by adding a motivated and reliable landscape foreman. We have been servicing the Central NJ area for over a decade and thrive on our excellent design and implementation. If you are a hard worker, reliable and are looking for an opportunity to run a crew within our company, we want to hear from you. Prior landscape experience is required along with a valid NJ driver’s license. Positive and professional attitude a must Skills Needed: Crew Supervision Machine Operator: Skid Loader, Mini Excavator Horticulture experience including tree and shrub planting Low Voltage Lighting Installation Drainage and Grading Fence Installation Equipment Maintenance Ability to read and layout Landscape, Grading and Hardscape Plans Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture High stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure environment Speaks Spanish (a plus) We offer competitive pay and approximately 55 hours per week.
