Rehome of Seasoned, yet young @ heart dog

Hello, Trying to hold back tears as I post. I am needing to re-home my 10 year old American Bull Terrier (Pit Bull). Unfortunately two incredibly important things have contributed to this, as well as a few things that are completely my fault. I am moving my elderly grandmother into my home to become her care taker and she is on blood thinners and our Jazzy dog jumps when excited & my 2 year old baby has had a cold his whole life or "allergies" in which the doctor feels she's contributing too :( My fault of things is I no longer with everything on my plate, am I able to give and provide her the attention and exercise she deserves. She truly deserves THE WORLD! She's an amazing dog, that though 10, still acts as if she's a puppy with personality and spunk. She has a heart of gold and will do anything to please. I am the pos that just can't seem to get it together and figure it out to keep her in my life. She's lived in a home with children. With a Cat (Though I can't say I recommend having a cat as the introduction could be stressful for the cat) She's friendly with other dogs, though she can become a possessive of toys. (with dogs, not people) She's a typical Pit and loves to walk you, so I have always had better success with a Gentle Leader. She's a puppy school drop out as I ended up in a domestic violence situation when attending. But knows, Sit, Stay, Lay down, Load up and Come. I would love to see her go to a good home of course. I feel she would fit in with minimal adjusting with a younger couple or person who loves the outdoors. Beach, hiking, running etc. Or a middle aged couple (persons) who have available time and effort I lack to exercise her daily. She has no health problems. Up to date on vaccines. and is fixed (spayed) As stated above, I already know I have completely failed her. I am ashamed and heartbroken.
