Help me move 2 pieces o furniture inside my house

I have a large heavy TV stand and a large heavy flatscreen TV i need help moving from my garage to a bedroom on the second floor 30 minutes work (or less). Must be able to handle 70 pounds. I'll be helping move these items. I just can't do it by myself. $75
