Fund Cascade Care Savings which will get $0 Premium health plans up to 250% of poverty level. 2. Allow shopping on the exchange for health and dental regardless of immigration status. Yes, this means plans are a whole lot more accessible for the poor. There are about 240,000 immigrants that this would allow them to get access to healthcare. It means that more providers would get paid for their services.
