Hello Everyone, There are now 3 more positions available which will be listed below. Only serious candidates that either have professional cleaning experience or are quick learners with the ability to accept constructive criticism and apply the proper technique after instructed need apply. Applicants with their own reliable transportation is a plus but not a requirement. These positions are for restaurant cleanings therefore applicant should be physically capable of sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and doing some bending to check under equipment as it is or after it is being swept. Anyone with good attention to detail can perform the duties of these positions. These positions are 3rd shift overnight positions and pay is cash in hand. Pay is a monthly rate that is broken into 4 installments with pay dates being the 8th 16th 24th and the last day of each month.Times allocated to complete the buildings' scope of work are based on me cleaning them myself. I actually am able to get them done much faster than the hours i allowed for as i understand pace varies from person to person. The important thing is consistently good work that checks all the boxes of the nightly check list. 1st Position 2920 S Eagle Rd Newtown Pa 18940 Shift: Thursday through Monday 12:00a.m-6:00a.m (5 days with Tuesday and Wednesday off) Pay: $425 on each pay date listed above 2nd Position 620 Justison St. Wilmington De 19801 Shift: Sunday through Thursday. Hours rotate. 12:00a.m-5:00a.m one night followed by a 12:00a.m-3:00a.m the next night. One week will have three 5 hour nights and two 3 followed by the next week having only two 5 hours nights and three 3 hour nights. (5 days with Friday and Saturday night off) Pay: $450 on each pay date listed above 3rd Position 124 E Kings Hwy Maple Shade NJ 08052 Shift: Thursday through Monday 12:00a.m-6:00a.m (5 days with Tuesday and Wednesday off) Pay: $425 on each pay date listed above Positions are filling fast so please feel free to contact me if you are seriously interested.
