Please help re-train my dog

I came home last night and my male dog was fellating another male dog behind the apartment. I know I could've handled it better but didn't. I've spent hundreds of hours training the pup and I know he didn't learn that behavior from me. Ralph is a two year old bulldog who I will always love and respect but I will not have a queer dog in my apartment under any circumstances. I am a Christian and proud of it. Looking for someone to teach Ralph what it means to be a male, maybe someone who has a friendly female dog? Not really certain what I'm reaching out for here but I really don't want my dog to be queer. Any help or wisdom is appreciated, thanks...Chuck
