No blinds experience necessary! Responsibilities - Use engaging personality and professional people skills to guide customers through installation process - Perform measuring, installation, and repair services of blinds, shades, shutters and drapery. - Keep a clean and organized workspace in customer's homes - Keep to a tight schedule for appointments - Able to work in hot/cold temperatures, standing for extended periods throughout the day, manual labor consisting of lifting more than 50 pounds, pulling, pushing, climbing, and using power tools, and can work on ladders and scaffolding. Details & Benefits - Basic Health insurance - Starting at $12/hr for training, then $14/hr in 15 months. - Profit Sharing (the more we sell, the more you get extra each quarter!) Requirements - Must be local - Must be available Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM - High school graduate or GED - Clean driving record - Clean and sober - At least 4 years of full-time work experience with references - Good with fractions and basic math
