Our ideal candidate is located in Chapel Hill. We are looking for an individual NOT A BUSINESS to clean our very lightly used office building in Chapel Hill, three days a week, on Monday's, Wednesday's, and Friday's after normal business hours. Duties are to include trash removal, vacuuming, light dusting as needed in common areas and scour three bathrooms. Tenant offices are to be vacuumed and trash removal every other week. Pictures show SOME office spaces so you have an idea of what our building looks like. It's gently used and most of our tenants are part-time tenants. This is a great gig for someone close by with open evenings three days a week. This is a 1099'd position with invoices to be paid every two weeks AND we provide the cleaning supplies. Compensation is $200 each paycheck and we are hiring immediately. *Must be bonded and insured with a valid drivers license.
