Add covers to all receptacles including washing machine hose wall cover Add shoe molding to kitchen cabinets Add crown molding to kitchen cabinets Paint shoe molding and crown molding around kitchen cabinets Touch up wall paint around kitchen cabinets Regrout kitchen floor tile Regrout a few backsplash tile because we accidentally used the wrong color grout in this area Fix slanted kitchen counter bar Install and paint side trim in pantry Paint attic door Install (2) keyless deadbolts with separate door handle Fix bathroom stoppers (3) that don't drain properly Reseal dryer hose to external home brick Hang 40" x 40" poster on sheetrock wall Payment will be made 100% on completion of 100% of work.
