Cockatiel for rehome

I have an approx 2 year old cockatiel looking for a new home. I took him from my daughters friend a few months ago with the intention of finding him a good forever home but just haven't gotten around to it yet. He is hand tamed, loves head scratches and is quite a good whistler. Not looking for a rehoming fee but will be selective on where I send him. The ideal home would be - Someone with bird experience. - A home without other birds (He just seems happiest when its just you and him.) - The amount of "out of the cage" time he will get is important too. He is out literally all day here. His name is Nugget.
