Need tree stump removed, new tree planted

Hi- I have a tree stump that needs to be removed and a new tree planted- This was a tree that fell in a storm a few months ago. Unfortunate part is right directly in the center of the front yard I was thinking maybe cut it down to the ground but then plant the new tree 10 feet away but it would be totally off-center so I think I need it removed and a new one planet in the same spot. If you can let me know your experience and how much you would charge to do this? it’s in Northwest Omaha, A rental home I used to live in but now rent out. I can buy the new tree. Also what time. Do you recommend it should be planted April? Thanks!
