Immediate opening for Heat Treatment Technician. Bed bug specialty company. Pest control experience is a plus but is not required, we will train. $18-$22 per hour to start based on your experience. We believe that by doing this we create loyal employees who care about their job and the company they work for. REQUIREMENTS: 1.Clean Driving Record - No tickets or accidents in the past 3 years. You must provide us with you MVR. 2. Clean Background Check - No Felonies in the past 10 years 3. Open Availability Monday-Saturday Mornings to Evenings 4. Ability to work in HOT environments 5. Ability to bend and lift 100#s Job Details: Monitor your Digital schedule. We assign jobs to you and you go perform them. Drive our truck and trailer to the jobsite. Do a walk through with the customer to ensure they prepared the home according to our instructions. Complete preparation as needed. Collect payment from the customer (cash, check, credit card). Unload and set up the heat treatment equipment. Heat the room(s) to 150°F to exterminate all bed bugs and their eggs. Mix pesticide according to label instructions. Apply pesticide according to label instructions. Document your pesticide usage electronically. Apply payment to the invoice (mark as paid). Send customer their paid invoice. You will be assigned a work truck and trailer full of heating equipment. You can park the work truck at your home if there is available parking, that way you can start and end your day from your home rather than having to pick up and drop off the work vehicle from a business location. If you do not have available parking for the work truck and or trailer then we will find a storage facility near you where you can secure the truck and trailer when you are not working.
