My grey & white tabby cat is missing/was taken

My grey and white tabby cat barely a year old was taken from in front of my gate. Trying to get her back home. Please help. Her name is Stormy and she was wearing a red collar. Looked a little skinny. Last seen February 19th at 4:14 p.m. approximately. I miss my baby terribly. Please help bring her home.
