She hasn't been bred and handles well. She eats frozen thawed medium rats every 2-3 weeks. Can supply 40 gallon aquarium with opening screen top, undertank heat and lamp for another $75, if needed. Re-home fee of $400. Asking $50 obo for all We specialize in 60's 70's, 80's, and 90's popular rock but have a great time trying everything that comes our way. Four 12x12x18 glass enclosures; five 10 gallon tanks with screened tops; one 20 gallon tanks with top; one 30"Wx22.75"Hx12"W tank with screen top and stand (29.5" tall); a mixture of small-, medium-, and large-sized plastic critter keepers (also known as pet carriers); many dome lamps (Cassie of sizes); many, many wood and cork decor pieces; a huge amount of foliage; and loads of different coconut hides (both plastic and natural). Not to mention other enclosure decor pieces, both large and small, and even some feeding dishes. Also available, Zoo Med Repticare Day Night Timers and Zoo Med Repticare Terrarium Controllers. Any reasonable offer will be considered, and bundle discounts available. Two Private rooms available, great small jam rooms for Soloist up to 3-piece bands. Both rooms approx 9'x18'. One is a rectangle with 12' ceiling and no exterior windows. The other is L-shaped, 9' ceiling and 2 large windows. Both have central ac/heat, and shared wifi included in rent. $325 down and same per month with 1-year lease. Play anytime! Both rooms are also great for an artist makers space, or a private production studio, but not as a space to book and bring clients to record (outside of the occasional guest). Facility offers lots of amenities--including numerous locations for video/photo shoots and auditions, a full bar, lounges on every floor, outdoor courtyard, off street parking, recording studio, 3 sound stages, 4 dance studios, etc. Additional spaces available as needed by the hour, or as part of a monthly membership. Not asking for much, just be able to play your instrument, show up on time and prepared and leave the drama at home.
