CLEANER/JANITOR NEEDED

We're looking for individuals who has experience with cleaning apartments and building maintenance. This person will be responsible for maintaining several multi-family homes and cleaning vacant apartments as tenants move out. This is a contractor position that pays $17.00 per hour. The person will primarily work in Westchester County and Northern Bronx area and must have a vehicle to travel. Requirements: • You must have at least 2 years of paid cleaning experience, preferably in residential or hotel cleaning. • Must have your own transportation to commute. • Must be available to work weekday and weekends Qualifications: • Ability to manage your time efficiently. • Work well independently. • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds. • Handle basic maintenance, cleaning, and other janitorial work. • Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies. • Able to use basic cleaning equipment.
