Paddle Cape Cod MA is the Cape’s only five-star Kayak and Paddle Board Rental and Tour company with a Beach Shop and Local Artisan Market, supporting Cape Codders. We are looking for dynamic individuals… if that is you, apply! This is a seasonal position, perfect for someone on summer break! Full or Part-Time, with flexible hours. Weekend/Holiday shifts are required. Positions Hiring For: Kayak Tour Guide $20/hr + tips Job Description Map tour routes (pre-season) lead. Select the most accessible routes in response to tide and weather conditions. Provide instruction on basic kayaking skills to tour participants. Lead and manage tours from start to finish. Ensure the safety of all of our participants. Provide assistance to tour participants having difficulty keeping up with the tour group. Provide exceptional customer service. Carry out assignments promptly and professionally. Position Requirements Be Red Cross CPR Certified (PCCMA will reimburse for your certification). Be able to lift 50 lbs overhead without difficulty. Knowledge of local history and marine ecosystem is a plus. A good steward of the environment is a plus. The ability to tow a loaded kayak (kayak with tour participant inside) behind your own is a plus. Watercraft Delivery Driver $16/hr + tips Job Description Deliver and retrieve watercraft sent out for rentals and for tours. Clean and store watercraft and other rental items. Provide exceptional customer service. Carry out assignments promptly and professionally. Position Requirements Hold a valid driver's license and an acceptable safe driving record. Be able to lift 50 lbs overhead without difficulty. Knowledge of towing a trailer is a plus. Retail Shop Crew $15/hr + tips Job Description Manage multi-media reservation system. Handle retail sales at PCCMA storefront. Maintain the storefront in a clean, stocked condition. Provide exceptional customer service. Assist delivery drivers with loading/unloading watercraft, if needed. Carry out assignments promptly and professionally. *All employees may be required to help with the spring commissioning of the watercraft and other rentals. Thanks for your interest!
