($20-30 hr) Boat Butler, a marine detailing & service company in Mashpee MA, is immediately hiring dependable, and motivated candidates to join our operations team during our extremely busy spring prep season. This is an amazing opportunity to work in a pristine, waterfront environment. Boat Butler is very detail oriented and has high standards of work quality and cleanliness. Individuals must take pride in their work. Yard Technician / Crew Leader This Job consists of but is not limited to: • Interior/Exterior Boat Detailing Assist in hauling/launching boats • skilled use of power tools • Gel coat repair • Bottom painting • Sanding, and hand waxing. • Be self-motivated, well organized and possess a high attention to detail. • Be passionate about producing the highest quality of work; understand the impact of enthusiastic, sincere service. • Prior shop/detail experience is preferred but not required.
