Local logistics company is seeking to fill a Warehouse Supervisor position in Morristown, NJ. This position is responsible for the management of the warehouse facility, in-house inventory, shipping/receiving routing/dispatching, and warehouse team. The schedule is Monday-Friday RESPONSIBILITIES: Schedule receiving/shipping Secure and maintain facility; Document and track forklift, pallet jack, and handheld scanner maintenance Daily warehouse inventory counts Manage and coach warehouse team Ensure the safe use of warehouse equipment Coordinate and manage daily tasks with daytime manager REQUIREMENTS: At least 1 years of warehouse management experience A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a warehouse distribution environment Experience with a forklift, hand truck and hand jack High organizational skills Strong problem-solving skills Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Computer proficiency including MS office Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Fluent in English, Spanish preferable Must be able to work in all environmental conditions
