Looking for a property preservation Crew leader. Job definition: A property preservation specialist looks after vacant properties and homes that have been left empty due to foreclosure or a default on a bank loan. Lenders hire property preservation specialists to safeguard the home and protect and preserve the property to ensure it is in proper conveyance condition. Job will require a vehicle and trailer to haul debris, a smart phone and a laptop, basic hand tools and a few power tools. Job requires daily communication on job completion times. Applicants can work and grow at a steady pace. Ideal applicants are money motivated, aren't scared to do what it takes to get the job done, can pass a background check, and are looking for long term employment. This is a 1099 contract position, Average yearly income varies from 60-100k+ depending on work ethic, pay is weekly. There is a 3-6 month learning curve to this job and we have a great team in place to help you learn as fast as possible. This is a contract position and work will be sent to you daily when jobs have been completed. Daily tasks include placing bids via a mobile phone app, changing locks, winterizing homes, lawn care, debris removal, painting, light handyman repairs and completing bid work. aspiring contractors are encouraged to apply. A few years experience with general tools and residential work is preferred but a willingness to learn and sound track record or work eithic is a must.
