Superintendent needed for a full time core and shell project in Brooklyn, NY. This candidate must have experience with ground up projects. Some responsibilities will be, weekly project coordination meetings, interaction with ownership, directing labor, coordinating trades, reading drawings, and resolving any issue that may come up. You must also have a 62 hour SST card.
