Holistic Wellness Workshop: a series of how to's
Take control of your health physically, mentally & spiritually!
We are so excited to announce that Jamie LaFear, Functional Nutritionist and owner of Wholi Moli, and Debbie McCommas, certified yoga instructor, teacher and mentor, are teaming up with their combined knowledge to bring this BRAND NEW Wellness Workshop series to our community! Their passion to help others achieve total body wellness sparked this collaboration to educate and empower others in their quest for holistic healing. Classes will meet every 2 weeks, building upon knowledge from previous sessions, and are suitable for all ages!
Can't attend every session? No worries! There will be many techniques taught and revisited throughout the series to support you in making improvements to your overall health one day and week at a time. Previous attendance is not required or necessary!
Skills focused on are Mindfulness & Yoga as well as alternating topics to include Immune System, Sleep, Nutrition & Digestion, Energy, Anxiety/Irritability, Inflammation/Aches/Pains, Supplementation, Meditation, Stress Management.
