Cardiofest is to raise awareness of heart disease and prevention solutions to keep your physical strong. Encourage a Heart! Cardiofest is a fun event. Dress to workout. We also asked that you wear a mask (KN-95) perferred. The fun starts and you will burn calories. Lunch provided, and door prizes. It will be the most fun you have ever had. It is the one and only ORIGINAL CARDIOFEST since 1988.
