Hard working tree service needs top climber

It's been one crazy year with these high fuel prices, hasn't it? All of us have been bounced around. We're looking for a real climber, someone who is responsible, does not tear up things, who is fast and safe, who loves the industry and would like to be with a real good crew. We meet at 7 am and we finish at 4:30. Things are starting to get busy. We'd like to grow this position into a full-time job. Our lot is near the university. We'd prefer someone within 30 minutes of the parking lot. We're looking for someone in the $375-$450 range. Also, we do light landscaping just to break things up.
