Pose~Play`~Practice
During this fun-filled week, your child will learn about the amazing benefits of yoga. Through movement, games, breathwork, dancing, storytime, coloring and meditation, your child will gain a beautiful introduction to the world of yoga and how fun and helpful it can be in their lives. Kids will not only have a blast, but they will also build strength, increase coordination, boost their confidence, increase their flexibility and learn self-calming and emotional-regulation tools. Each class will include yoga-related exercises, (including a warm up) child-friendly breath work and meditation techniques, games, story time, snacks and more!
Ages: 5-10yrs
Space is limited. Each day is 1.5 hours long.
