Join us for our 5k Walk/Run on the campus of James Madison University, proceeds will go to our Memorial Scholarship Fund. My Sister's Keeper: Memorial 5k Walk/Run About the IA Memorial 5kWalk/RunWe are so excited to host this event to raise funds for our Iota Alpha Memorial Scholarship. In honor of the 50 years of the Iota Alpha Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated alumni of the chapter have come together to host our first official scholarship fundraising event. Delta Sigma Theta has served the Black community throughout the world since 1913. Iota Alpha has served JMU since December 11, 1971. Our scholarship is in honor of our sorority sisters who have passed on. The Memorial Scholarship fund will provide funding to support the next generation of young people seeking to make a difference in their community.
