Yoga Nidra means “yogic sleep” and can help to bring you to a place of peace and quiet.
Research has shown that one hour of Yoga Nidra practice is equivalent to 4 hours of sleep. This practice can restore your body, mind, and spirit and can be tremendously healing. No yoga experience is necessary. This practice will consist of gentle stretching and breathing excercises followed by guided meditation and imagery. Please bring your own mat and blanket.
