Must be experienced. We will hire a licensed electrician for the disconnect and you will install the units. It's a 3 bdrm 1200 sq ft home. These are Pioneer 24,000 BTU units (2 of them) New in box. One will go in the master bedroom and 1 in the living room facing towards the living space. Must be experienced. Prefer someone who has a local contact for an electrician.
