Looking to possibly purchase or trade for unincorporated land, over an acre and preferably not located close to other homes or buildings in the area. Few must haves are good size and amount of trees, surface water (i.e. creek, pond, well, etc), and fairly good road access. Open to any options and making a deal, prefer the south central indiana area but will entertain anything reasonable. Have some cash but also have a fair amount to trade including silver, gold, and high quality bangs/booms.
