2 year old American Eskimo needs home

We regretfully must find a new home for our American Eskimo dog. She is 2 years old but needs a home where people are home all the time. She needs allot of training. We both work full time and have a baby with another on the way, we just don’t have the time she deserves to train her properly. Needs a home WITHOUT young children. She loves attention. Would be a perfect dog for a family with older kids (10 and above) she has never bitten anyone but does nip if someone reaches for her in an aggressive way (we believe our roommates were mean to her when I was in hospital for a month). Would like someone who can come to the house and play with her a couple times before taking her so I can make sure she is a good fit for her. Asking rehomimg fee to cover everything she comes with. Needs a home with a yard. She is potty trained if someone is home to take her out but needs her food and water taken up around 5pm so she doesn’t potty at night.
