I need help moving, please.

Hello, I am moving 12 miles away. I have a small one-bedroom apartment and my husband needs help with the heavy stuff like the couch, chair, chest, tv stand/table, and our kind mattress. (can help with medium size boxes if you want but not necessary. We do not have any dressers, headboards, or dining sets. I hurt my back and can not lift anything that heavy. We live on the second floor and are moving to a third-floor apartment nearby. We are renting a small U-Haul and have a furniture dolly to make it easier. We are willing to pay for your time and muscle. The moving date is Thursday 3/31. Our son was coming to visit/help but can not make the trip.
