Mapping the dynamic world of insects, arachnids, and reptiles: Exhibit, Lecture, and Hands-on Activity New World Cartographic is very excited to be teaming up with Morbid Orchid for a gallery event that brings together history, biology, and art for a unique experience. This event will feature an exhibit of preserved insects, arachnids, and reptile specimens presented with antique maps of the regions they originate, all of which are available for purchase. In addition, Mason Gold of Morbid Orchid will lead an open discussion on the evolutional biology and taxonomy of these amazing creatures. As an add-on experience, guests will have the option to pin their own Orb Weaver Spider to take home, set in a shadowbox (not included) and enjoy for years to come. This portion of the event is limited to 10 participants which can be reserved with a separate ticket purchase.
