Couldn't help yourself, could you? The body of the post you're replying to states that if you've never been homeless, you can't understand.. Which is true. I held several silly beliefs about the homeless before I found myself in the same position. No, most of the people who are homeless do not want to be there. Most people who find themselves homeless survived on so little before becoming homeless, and watched that dwindle away at whatever speed it vanished. Most of the "new homeless" found homelessness while "gainfully employed". If the money you make is all that the hours in the day will allow, doesn't "Make ends meet" come the 1st, or 31st, or whatever, what do you suggest one should do? Seeing as you've never been in that situ, I'd default to the OP (original poster) and see this as another opportunity to not miss the chance to shut the fuck up. Seriously, i don't know who you folks are trying to make feel better, the greatest gen and the boomers for hollowing out the economy, or their and our kids, as their isn't going to be two sticks to rub together come their time to take the wheel..
