Indianapolis has lost a civic icon who was a giant among corporate, nonprofit and elected leaders and peers. Her passion for Downtown Indy was unparalleled, which led to national recognition for outstanding urban revitalization, monumental development and unrivaled beautification -- all due to her inspired leadership and attention to detail. WHAT: Tamara will be remembered during a Civic Celebration of Life. All are welcome. Masks will be required. WHEN: Friday, Oct. 9 at 11 a.m. WHERE: Monument Circle – south half WHO: Downtown Indy, Inc. is hosting Tamara's family, friends and colleagues.
