Responsibilities •Performs a variety of construction/remodeling projects throughout the mobile homes/apartments using his/her own construction skills and tools •Essential functions include minor plumbing, drywall, construction and carpentry repairs •Install, repair, texture and paint drywall •Ability to build, remove and frame walls • Install kitchen/ bathroom cabinetry. • Repair/ install sub floor, lay carpet and laminate flooring Will be working directly under a license contractor.
