FAQs When will TF-EXPO 2020 take place? 7/1/2022-7/2/2022 Where will 2020’s TF-EXPO convention take Place? The convention will be held at the Stoney Creek Hotel and Conference Center 18011 Bass Pro Drive Independence, MO 64055 Do I need to register in advance to get in? No, you can also pay at the door the day of the convention. However, Friday night events are for pre-registrant package holders only. Does my child need a ticket? Children 12 and under do not need tickets as long as they are with an accompanying adult who purchased admission. Vendor and Artist Questions What are the times of load in/setup? Setup will be on Friday afternoon. Exact times will be sent out prior to the show. What is the difference between an Artist table and a Vendor booth? Artist tables are for items you have made yourself (i.e. Art, crafts, custom figures, etc). Vendor tables are for you to sell items you have purchased. Artists are just limited to the 6' table space. Vendors have their full 8x8 space to use. Do I need a MO Tax Id? Yes. The Missouri Department of Revenue requires all vendors to have their own Missouri Tax Identification number if they make sales at retail. Unregistered vendors will need to contact the Missouri Department of Revenue 3 to 4 weeks before the event to obtain a sales tax license.
