Are you ready to tap into your primal essence unapologetically & liberate yourself through dance?! Come UNLEASH your inner animal, let go of inhibitions, and explore the world of radical self expression!!! A guided transformational dance journey that is focused on breaking free from self judgement, tapping into our primal essence, and claiming our infinite power. This is a safe, sacred container to be fully expressed, seen, and embody your life force, “shakti” energy. Poppy is a Freedom Facilitator who has dedicated her life to supporting as many souls on their path to fierce love, embodiment, and liberation. Ceremony will open with a short breathwork activation to bring us out of our minds and into our bodies then we will move into a beautiful eye gazing exercise to be fully seen in our highest expression then flow into partner dance and solo free flow. Please wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Also, bring a water bottle. Come ready to immerse yourself in a welcoming, loving community here to fully support your expansion and evolution. Please arrive at 5:45 pm as opening ceremony begins promptly at 6pm.
