Wanted (2) hardworking people to perform a variety of landscape related tasks for Final Touch Land Shaping that include: hydro-seeding new lawns for residential, commercial, industrial and municipal projects in and around the Green Bay and N.E. Wisconsin area. Tasks include mixing grass seed, fertilizer, cellulose fiber mulch, tackifiers, water and other ingredients to create a rich slurry to spray on new lawns, erosion control, and many other applications. You will also be required to participate in all other aspects of manual landscape construction including raking, shoveling, sweeping and final cleanup under the supervision of a grading foreman or the owner. Training for this position will be supplied to qualified candidates. Starting pay is $25.00-$30.00 per hour with the potential to earn $40.00 per hour with the right work ethic and skill set. The work environment is laid back, moves at a comfortable pace and can be enjoyable if you're a hard worker. You must possess a valid Wisconsin drivers license, dependable transportation, have a working cell phone with text messaging, be drug and alcohol free, have a verifiable work record, be physically fit and able to lift 50# bags shoulder high. Smoking is not allowed. This position requires work outdoors in the heat of the day causing you to sweat and toil for a living. Candidates will be interviewed and screened. Employees that are reliable and hard working may be offered a chance to operate finish grading equipment with a substantial raise in pay. Hours may be flexible for the right person including part-time or full time employment. Work will begin on or about May 15th and continue to October.
