Final Touch Land Shaping is looking for an experienced landscape grading foreman to work 40-50 hours per week in the greater Green Bay area. Starting pay is $30.00-$40 per hour. Applicants must have previous verifiable experience operating a variety of finishing equipment including skid loaders, tractors, grading buggies, and various attachments like a soil conditioner, power rake etc. Leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively is a must! A qualified applicant must be able to establish correct drainage on projects, loosen and break down compacted soils, work in tight spaces and in close proximity to other employees and buildings. You will be responsible for the day to day work of a small crew, load and unload equipment, provide maintenance on equipment, interact with customers and crew, apply seed and fertilizer and prepare the site for the hydroseeding crew that will follow behind. Work will begin on or about May 15th and continue to October in and around Green Bay and N.E. Wisconsin on residential, commercial, and municipal projects. You will need to be physically fit enough to lift 50# bags shoulder high and perform all tasks associated with landscape construction. Our equipment is air conditioned and very new. You will also need a working cell phone, have a reliable vehicle, able to keep simple records, interact with customers and crew in a respectful and professional manner, be drug and alcohol free. A CDL is very helpful but not mandatory. Each applicant will be interviewed and screened. Smoking is not allowed on our job sites.
