Looking for a place to park all my tools...

I'm a tool geek guy who has so many tools that I can't always find the time to have fun with them. I've got welding equipment such as Mig, Tig, plasma, oxy/acetylene... mechanics tools, wood working tools... etc. Problem is that I live in a basement of a large duplex and I have a nice garage shop but it's right off Lake St. near Cedar Ave. in Minneapolis and I don't like living in this neighborhood anymore. I help an older woman with repairs and maintenance here but I'd prefer to find a similar situation in a safer quieter neighborhood. I'm a renter and I cannot afford to buy a house. I'm looking for someone who would like a cool basement / garage or both workshop space with all my tools and possibly help with maintenance and repairs. I wasn't sure if this was the best place to post as people like to flag posts for any reason...
