You do not need have driving experience in the past, but must be comfortable being on the road in both city and highway. Due to hospital entry, all candidates must be vaccinated against COVID-19. Job Description/Responsibilities: - Medical courier - Responsible for dropping off and picking up implant bins and instrument trays - Primarily will work in East Bay but we have accounts all throughout the Bay Area, office located in Dublin CA - Maintain company vehicle assigned - When not on the road, helping with inventory tasks around the office - Must have high organizational and communicational skills - Face of our company when interacting with our customers at accounts! - Communication skills must be high - On Call: All employees participate in an on call calendar about once every two months, OT is provided Benefits for Full-Time Employee: - Medical, Dental, Vision included - 401k (matching) - Cell phone - Stock Purchasing Programs - Quarterly & Yearly Bonuses - Small company vibe with the benefits of a fortune 500 company - Company Gear - Some of these are also offered to Part time Expected Areas of Competence: - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently (loading and unloading of full van can be required) - Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 - High School Diploma, equivalent G.E.D, or equivalent experience - Valid driver’s license - Acceptable driving record - Born is USA or legally able to work in the states - Participation in an on-call schedule rotation - Written and Verbal English language skills are necessary - Available to work evenings?
