WALTHAM, MA — Waltham police are investigating a pedestrian struck by work van in Waltham Wednesday morning, reported Boston 25 News. The crash took place around 11:20 a.m. in the area of 110 Columbus Avenue, said officials. A man in his 60's suffered a serious chest injury and was taken to a Boston hospital via Medflight. His condition is currently unknown. No other injuries were reported. The operator of the van stopped on scene and it is unclear if they will face charges.
