Looking for someone to start immediately. 900 square feet. All materials are present, and the area is prepped (see pictures) carpet removed, padding removed and floor is clear. Must have experience applying floor level compound. Must have necessary tools such as a level and trowel as well as experience installing the vinyl plank properly. Shoe molding must be cut andxh applied, baseboard does not need removal and reinstallation. I need this job done by April 1st.
