The Dallas Rotary Wine & Brew Fest is a fundraiser for the Rotary Club of Dallas in association with the Luzerne County Fair. Tastings of the finest wine selections, craft beer tastings, specialty foods, handmade goods and musical entertainment! Back by popular demand is the limited VIP ticket package. The VIP package includes early entry to the festival at noon, preferred parking and light non alcoholic beverages and food.
